Huis met lijstgevel, achttiende eeuw. Segmentboogingang met aangekoppelde segmentboogvensters in Naamse steen. Gevelsteen met dolfijn. Eenvoudige bovenvensters met segmentbogen. Twee dakkapellen met fronton.
