Omschrijving
Boerderij waarvan alleen het woongedeelte nog resteert. Het woongedeelte heeft ruwweg een L-vormige plattegrond en bestaat uit een viertal bouwdelen. De boerderij presenteert zich aan de straatzijde door de gepleisterde voorgevel van de twee bouwdelen die min of meer een architectonisch geheel vormen. Links van deze voorgevel een eenvoudig houten inrijhek, dat het L-vormige binnenterrein afsluit. Het woongedeelte van de boerderij dateert vermoedelijk van rond 1900 en bestaat uit volgende vier bouwdelen. Het eerste bouwdeel, waarop het bedrijfsgedeelte aansloot, heeft een asymmetrische doorsnede (een hoge en een lage gevel) en wordt overdekt door een zadeldak. Voor dit bouwdeel, in het verlengde ervan, staat het tweede bouwdeel. Dit smallere bouwdeel onder een schilddak heeft dezelfde nokhoogte als het eerste en heeft een kelderverdieping. De kelderverdieping wordt overdekt door een balklaag met houten vloer. In de rechter hoek ter plaatse van de aansluiting van deze beide bouwdelen staat een laag bouwdeel - het derde - onder een lessenaarsdak. Het geeft vanuit het eerste bouwdeel toegang tot de kelderverdieping van het tweede. Links van het tweede bouwdeel staat het vierde. Dit bouwdeel onder een zadeldak heeft eveneens een kelderverdieping. Deze kelderverdieping wordt overdekt door een houten balklaag met troggewelven en staat in open verbinding met die van het tweede bouwdeel. Het vierde bouwdeel is vermoedelijk kort na bouw van de boerderij tot stand gekomen. De voorgevel (grenzend aan de 's-Herenstraat) van het tweede en vierde bouwdeel vormen min of meer een architectonisch geheel en zijn gepleisterd. Ook de tuitgevel (linker zijgevel) van het vierde bouwdeel is gepleisterd. De overige gevels zijn van baksteen metselwerk. Alle daken zijn gedekt met dakpannen. De boerderij is vooral van belang vanwege zijn karakteristieke hoofdvorm die voornamelijk worden bepaald door de structuur - en/of onderdelen ervan - van de samenstellende bouwdelen.

In the right corner at the point of connection of these two building units stands a low building unit - the third - under a lean-to roof. It provides access from the first building unit to the cellar storey of the second. To the left of the second building unit stands the fourth. This building unit under a saddle roof also has a cellar storey. This cellar storey is covered by a wooden beam layer with barrel vaults and is in open communication with that of the second building unit. The fourth building unit was presumably erected shortly after the construction of the farmhouse. The front facade (bordering the 's-Herenstraat) of the second and fourth building units form more or less an architectural whole and are plastered. Also the spout gable (left side gable) of the fourth building unit is plastered. The remaining facades are of brick masonry. All roofs are covered with clay tiles.
