Inleiding
De achttiende-eeuwse boerderij is meerdere malen gemoderniseerd. Bepalend voor het huidige aanzicht is een ingrijpende verbouwing aan het eind van de negentiende eeuw en een verbouwing in 2001. Aan het eind van de negentiende eeuw werd de boerderij naar de toenmalige smaak verbouwd en voorzien van onder meer T-vensters. Naar alle waarschijnlijkheid zijn toen de zijgevels van het woonhuisgedeelte verhoogd waarbij de kaphelling is gewijzigd en de boerderij gedeeltelijk gepleisterd werd. In 2001 had de boerderij haar agrarische functie verloren. Het stalgedeelte werd toen verbouwd tot leefkeuken.
Omschrijving
De hallehuisBOERDERIJ is bevindt zich redelijk vooraan op een langgerekt perceel. Het volume is gebouwd op rechthoekige grondslag. Het wordt omgeven door een grindbak en bekroond door een rietgedekt zadeldak dat boven de voorgevel van een wolfseind voorzien is. In het dak zijn dakramen aanwezig. De gepleisterde voorgevel bezit drie naast elkaar geplaatste T-vensters met opgeklampte luiken op de begane grond. In de plint is een kelderlicht opgenomen, terwijl in de top een schuifvenster aanwezig is. Van de rechter zijgevel is het woonhuisgedeelte hoger opgetrokken en ongepleisterd. De gevel bezit hier onder meer twee T-vensters met opgeklampte luiken en een ingang met roedenbovenlicht. In het voormalige stalgedeelte zijn een met glas dichtgezette deuropening en twee halfronde stalvensters opgenomen. Het woonhuisgedeelte van de gepleisterde linker zijgevel is onder meer voorzien van een kelderlicht, een klein venster met luik ten behoeve van de opkamer en een ingang. De gevel van het stalgedeelte bezit onder meer drie halfronde stalvensters. De gepleisterde achtergevel is onregelmatig ingedeeld met drie deuropeningen en een roedenvenster op de begane grond. In de top is een vierkant roedenvenster opgenomen. In het interieur is de opkamer-kelderstructuur noemenswaardig, evenals de rode plavuizen op de vloer van de kelder. De constructie is deels nog origineel.
Waardering
De hallehuisBOERDERIJ is van algemeen belang:
- als voorbeeld van een achttiende-eeuwse boerderij;
- vanwege de architectuur- en bouwhistorische waarde vanwege de ouderdom, de toegepaste constructietechniek, de esthetische kwaliteiten van met name de voorgevel, de detaillering en bewaard gebleven interieurelementen;

Introduction
The eighteenth-century farmhouse has been modernised several times. Decisive for its current appearance is a major renovation at the end of the nineteenth century and a renovation in 2001. At the end of the nineteenth century the farmhouse was renovated to suit contemporary taste and fitted with, among other things, T-windows. In all likelihood the side facades of the residential section were raised at that time, whereby the roof pitch was altered and the farmhouse was partly rendered. In 2001 the farmhouse had lost its agricultural function. The stable section was then converted into a living kitchen.
Description
The hall-house FARMHOUSE is situated fairly far forward on an elongated plot. The volume is built on a rectangular ground plan. It is surrounded by a gravel bed and crowned by a thatched gabled roof which above the front facade is provided with a half-hipped end. Roof windows are present in the roof. The rendered front facade has three T-windows placed side by side with clamped shutters on the ground floor. In the plinth a cellar light is incorporated, whilst a sash window is present in the gable. The residential section of the right side facade is built higher and unrendered. The facade has, among other things, two T-windows with clamped shutters and an entrance with a glazing-bar fanlight. In the former stable section a glazed doorway and two semicircular stable windows are incorporated. The residential section of the rendered left side facade is provided among other things with a cellar light, a small window with shutter for the upper room and an entrance. The facade of the stable section has among other things three semicircular stable windows. The rendered rear facade is irregularly arranged with three doorways and a glazing-bar window on the ground floor. In the gable a square glazing-bar window is incorporated. In the interior the upper room-cellar structure is noteworthy, as are the red floor tiles in the cellar floor. The construction is partly still original.
Valuation
The hall-house FARMHOUSE is of general interest:
- as an example of an eighteenth-century farmhouse;
- because of its architectural and building-historical value on account of its age, the construction technique applied, the aesthetic qualities particularly of the front facade, the detailing and preserved interior elements;
- because of situational and ensemble values on account of the functional positioning on the plot, on account of the coherence with the other outbuildings.
