Omschrijving
Woonhuis met eenvoudige klokgevel, in oorsprong daterend uit de 17e eeuw, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder zadeldak.
Het smalle formaat van het grondperceel waar het monument op staat en de kleine afmetingen vormen voorname ruimtelijke bestanddelen van de historische waarde. Het bouwmateriaal bestaat uit rode baksteen, het zadeldak is met rode pannen gedekt. De ingangsdeur rechts op de begane grond dateert uit circa 1890. Het bovenlicht is eveneens circa 100 jaar oud en heeft een verdeling met overhoekse acanthusbladmotieven. Op de verdieping zijn omstreeks het einde van de 19e eeuw twee T-vensters aangebracht. Het zesruits-venster in de geveltop heeft in het bovenstuk nog de originele profielen uit de 19e eeuw; het schuivende onderstuk is later vernieuwd. In de redengevende omschrijving is sprake van een tuitgevel; het glooiende verloop van de beide dakranden maakt een betiteling als klokgevel aannemelijker. De indeling in een voor- en achterhuis is op de begane grond geheel komen te vervallen. Op de verdieping is deze indeling nog enigszins te ervaren door de aanwezigheid van een bedstede en de plaats van de trap. De wenteltrap tussen verdieping en zolder is van historisch-functioneel belang en heeft op de zolder een trappaal met gesneden decoratie uit omstreeks 1900. Op de zolder is nog een authentiek kapspant aanwezig; het is voorzien van een gehakt telmerk 'II'. Achter het huis ligt een smalle tuin met een diepte ongeveer gelijk aan die van het monument.
Op grond van ouderdom, ligging aan het Pieterskerkhof, ruimtelijke verschijningsvorm, bijzondere bouwhistorische onderdelen en afleesbare ontwikkelingsgeschiedenis is het monument van nationaal cultuurhistorisch belang.

Description
Dwelling house with simple bell gable, originally dating from the 17th century, consisting of two storeys and an attic storey under a gabled roof.

The fanlight is also approximately 100 years old and has a glazing pattern with acanthus leaf motifs at angles. On the upper storey, two T-windows were installed around the end of the 19th century. The six-pane window in the gable top retains the original profiles from the 19th century in its upper section; the sliding lower section was renewed later. The descriptive record mentions a spout gable; the sloping course of both roof edges makes a designation as bell gable more plausible. The division into a front and rear house has completely disappeared on the ground floor. On the upper storey this division is still somewhat perceptible through the presence of a built-in bed and the position of the staircase. The spiral staircase between the upper storey and attic is of historical-functional importance and has a stair newel with carved decoration from circa 1900 on the attic. In the attic there is still an authentic roof truss; it is provided with a chopped carpenters' mark 'II'.
