Gebouw, bestaande uit het oorspronkelijke huis nr 126 met vijfraamsgevel onder rechte lijst waarin triglyfen en consoles (plm 1750) en met versierde ingangstravee, en aanbouwen in dezelfde stijl (XXa en 1928) ter plaatse van de vroegere huizen 124 en 128.
