1. Pand met bakstenen gevel met rechte kroonlijst, ramen door strekken met maskerkoppen gedekt. Zeventiende eeuw. Opkamer. 2. WINKELPUI
Inleiding
Omstreeks 1885 gebouwde winkelpui in het pand. Het betreft een op de hoek van de Hogewoerd en de Kraaierstraat staande hoekpui, die is gebouwd in de voor de bouwtijd kenmerkende stijl van het Eclecticisme. De pui maakte oorspronkelijk deel uit van een winkel waarin volgens de tekst in de plint "TABAK, SIGAREN, KOFFIE en THEE" werden verkocht. Tegenwoordig (dd.1996) is in de winkel een antiekzaak gevestigd.
Omschrijving
De symmetrische hoekpui is grotendeels opgetrokken in hout en glas boven een hardstenen plint, waarin is aangegeven wat er oorspronkelijk in de winkel werd verkocht. In het linker deel van de plint staat TABAK, SIGAREN, in het rechter deel KOFFIE, THEE. De pui wordt, evenals de verdieping erboven, gekenmerkt door een overhoekse entreepartij met boven het hardstenen stoepje een rechtgesloten glasdeur onder een geprofileerd kalf en getoogd bovenlicht met convexe rondingen in de hoeken. Aan weerszijden van de deur een op de plint staande geprofileerde pilaster met schelpdecoraties en kapiteeltjes met acanthusbladmotieven. Aan weerszijden van de entree een samengesteld etalagevenster met twee getoogde ramen met geprofileerde onderdorpels en een op de risalerende delen van de plint staande deelpilaster. Evenals de pilasters aan linker en rechter zijde van de pui zijn deze vergelijkbaar met die naast de deur. De bovenhoeken van de etalageramen zijn eveneens voorzien van convexe rondingen. De onderkanten van de ramen zijn geprofileerd. De pilasters worden beëindigd door kleine, gesneden consoles, die de uitkragende, geprofileerde kroonlijst dragen.
Waardering
De winkelpui is van algemeen cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang:
- als karakteristieke uitdrukking van een ontwikkeling in de winkelarchitectuur.
- vanwege de esthetische kwaliteiten, de bijzondere detaillering en het materiaalgebruik, alsmede als goed voorbeeld van winkelarchitectuur in de stijl van het Eclecticisme.

Introduction
Shopfront built around 1885 in the building. It is a corner shopfront standing at the corner of the Hogewoerd and the Kraaierstraat, built in the style characteristic of the building period, Eclecticism. The shopfront originally formed part of a shop in which according to the text in the plinth "TOBACCO, CIGARS, COFFEE and TEA" were sold. Currently (as of 1996) an antique shop is established in the shop.
Description
The symmetrical corner shopfront is largely constructed in wood and glass above a hardstone plinth, in which it is indicated what was originally sold in the shop. In the left part of the plinth it says TOBACCO, CIGARS, in the right part COFFEE, TEA. The shopfront is, like the storey above, characterised by a corner entrance arrangement with above the hardstone doorstep a right-angled glass door under a profiled moulding and arched fanlight with convex roundings in the corners. On either side of the door a profiled pilaster standing on the plinth with shell decorations and capitals with acanthus leaf motifs. On either side of the entrance a composite display window with two arched windows with profiled sills and a partial pilaster standing on the projecting parts of the plinth. Like the pilasters on the left and right sides of the shopfront these are comparable to those next to the door. The upper corners of the display windows are likewise provided with convex roundings. The undersides of the windows are profiled. The pilasters are terminated by small carved consoles, which carry the projecting, profiled cornice.
Assessment
The shopfront is of general cultural and architectural historical importance:
- as a characteristic expression of a development in shop architecture.
