Poortje met zandstenen omlijsting. Anno 1664, achteruitgang van Universiteitsbibliotheek die in 1593 naar Begijnhof overgebracht werd. Waarschijnlijk gebouwd als tweede ingang tot de Engelse Kerk die eveneens hier gevestigd was.

Description
Gatehouse with sandstone surround. Anno 1664, rear entrance of the University Library which was moved to Begijnhof in 1593. Probably built as a second entrance to the English Church which was also established here.
