Omschrijving
Gedeeltelijk onderkelderd woonhuis. Getuige twee op de verdieping ingemetselde gevelstenen gebouwd in 1642 en herbouwd in 1759. Tekst gevelsteen resp: "INT WAPEN VAN JERUSALEM" en ANNO 1642. HERBOUWD 1759".
De Kerkstraatzijde draagt na verbouwing een 19e eeuws karakter en is voorzien van getoogd omlijste ingang met bovenlicht en T-vensters; boven alle openingen 1,5 steens strekken.
Het geheel wordt bekroond door een eenvoudig geprofileerde kroon-daklijst op klossen en gedekt door een afgewolfd zadeldak met in wolfeind jongere dakkapel. Voor het huis een hardstenen stoep met palen en ijzeren stangen.
De achterzijde is uitgerust met zesruitsschuifvensters waarboven rollaagjes; in het topgevelveld resp. twee nogal jonge venstertjes en bouwsporen in de vorm van rollaagjes, die de omvang van oudere vensters duidelijk aangeven. IJzeren staafankers geven de plaats van de balklagen aan.
Inwendig nog aanwezig een 18e eeuwse deur met Lodewijk XV ornament.

Description
Partially undercellared residential house. Witness to two gable stones built into the upper storey built in 1642 and rebuilt in 1759. Text of gable stones respectively: "INT WAPEN VAN JERUSALEM" and "ANNO 1642. REBUILT 1759".
The Kerkstraat side bears after alteration a 19th-century character and is provided with arched framed entrance with fanlight and T-windows; above all openings 1.5 brick lengths of relieving arch.
The whole is crowned by a simply profiled cornice-roof moulding on brackets and covered by a barrel-shaped gabled roof with in the half-hip a younger roof dormer. In front of the house a sandstone step with bollards and iron bars.
The rear side is equipped with six-pane sash windows above which small relieving arches; in the gable field respectively two rather young small windows and building traces in the form of relieving arches, which clearly indicate the size of older windows. Iron rod wall anchors indicate the position of the beam layers.
Internally still present an 18th-century door with Louis XV ornament.
