Nieuwe Manege. Gebouwd in 1856 naar ontwerp van architect Thomas Romein. GEBOUW op rechthoekige plattegrond, opgetrokken uit bruinrode baksteen en gedekt door een pannen belegd zadeldak. In de voorgevel hoekpilasters met verdiepte velden, dubbele toegangsdeur en stuc-omlijste tripletvensters; venstertracering en geveltop-beëindiging niet oorspronkelijk. In de achtergevel vensters overeenkomstig die der voorgevel; de zijgevels blind met verdiepte velden.

Nieuwe Manege. Built in 1856 after designs by architect Thomas Romein. BUILDING on rectangular ground plan, erected in reddish-brown brick and covered by a pantiled gabled roof. In the front facade corner pilasters with recessed panels, double entrance door and stucco-framed triple windows; window tracery and gable-top termination not original. In the rear facade windows corresponding to those of the front facade; the side gables blank with recessed panels.
