Omschrijving
Ned. Herv. Kerk. Gotisch gebouw, koor uit het einde van de veertiende eeuw, schip, zuidbeuk en sacristie uit omstreeks 1500. Aan het koor vensters met bakstenen kraalprofielen. Inwendig: natuurstenen zuilen met Brabantse kapitelen. In de sacristie gewelven op puntig opengewerkte kraagstenen. Preekstoel uit 1657 met koperen lezenaar uit 1790. Herenbank uit 1655. Koperwerk uit de tweede helft van de zeventiende eeuw. Doophek, zandloper, doopbekkenhouder en vier kronen. Twee eikenhouten banken binnen doophek. Preekkerk van koor afgescheiden door schotwerk met beschildering: wetgeving op de berg Sinaï. Reeks van gegraveerde zerken. Orgel met Hoofdwerk en Bovenwerk, in 1899 door de firma L. van Dam gemaakt voor de Hervormde Kerk te Kruiningen. In 1957 aangekocht door Wemeldinge.

Interior: natural stone columns with Brabant capitals. In the sacristy vaults on pointed openwork corbels. Pulpit from 1657 with brass lectern from 1790. Elders' bench from 1655. Copperwork from the second half of the seventeenth century. Baptismal gate, hour-glass, font holder and four crowns. Two oak benches within baptismal gate. Preaching church separated from choir by partition with painting: law-giving on Mount Sinai. Series of engraved tombstones. Organ with Great Work and Swell Work, made in 1899 by the firm L. van Dam for the Reformed Church at Kruiningen. Purchased in 1957 by Wemeldinge.
