Rijzig pand voorzien van forse lijst; vensters gewijzigd evenals de pui met in de huidige toestand een werkplaatsingang. Dakkapel, staafankers. Gemetselde boogvormige schoren overspannen de Koldenhovensteeg tussen de panden Voorstraat 96 en 98.
