Omschrijving
Pand met gepleisterde voorgevel XVII-XIX en 20e-eeuwse onderpui. Het casco en de achtergevel dateren uit de periode 1460-1540. Boven de 2e verdieping, met in de achtergevel een stookplaats plus rookkanaal, zijn eiken moerbalken zichtbaar die zich vermoedelijk ook in de lager gelegen vloerpakketten bevinden. De kap werd in de 20e eeuw vernieuwd. De zeer bijzondere onderpui in de achtergevel heeft stijlen en regels van zandsteen die twee kruisvensters en een deur vormen, daterende uit de bouwtijd van het casco. Pand in de rij met gepleisterde voorgevel, een bijzondere laat-middeleeuwse zandstenen pui op de b.g. in de achtergevel en vloerbalken uit dezelfde tijd. Description
Building with plastered front facade 17th-19th century and 20th-century shop front. The casco and the rear facade date from the period 1460-1540. Above the 2nd storey, with a fireplace and flue in the rear facade, visible oak collar beams which presumably also occur in the lower floor structures. The roof truss structure was renewed in the 20th century. The very distinctive shop front in the rear facade has mullions and rails of sandstone forming two cross windows and a door, dating from the construction period of the casco. Building in a row with plastered front facade, a distinctive late medieval sandstone shop front on the ground floor in the rear facade and floor beams from the same period. Building of architectural and construction historical importance.
