Omschrijving
Hoeve "Mulderslag": boerderij en bijschuur.
1. Boerderij (XIX A) met ramen uit de bouwtijd en luiken. Voor de landschappelijk fraai gelegen hoeve oude linden.
2. BIJSCHUUR Inleiding De BIJSCHUUR bij de hoeve 'Mulderslag' is van het hallenhuistype met middenlangsdeel. De bijschuur dateert vermoedelijk uit dezelfde periode als de boerderij, de eerste helft van de 19de eeuw. De schuur is ten zuidoosten van de hoeve gebouwd en is evenwijdig aan deze gesitueerd. Het complex is verhoogd gelegen aan de noordoostzijde van de Torenallee en is hiermee verbonden via een eigen weg.
Omschrijving
De bijschuur telt drie gebintvakken onder een wolfdak met rode Hollandse pannen en witgeschilderde windveren. De schuur is opgetrokken uit in kruisverband gemetselde rode baksteen. De voor- en achtergevel zijn voorzien van vlechtingen. Het metselwerk is hier en daar vernieuwd of opnieuw gevoegd. De gevels zijn voorzien van staafankers.
De symmetrisch ingedeelde voorgevel heeft een korfboogvormig afgesloten inrijdeur, aan weerszijden geflankeerd door een segmentboogvonnig gesloten stalraampje en een korfboogvormig gesloten mestdeur. De deuropeningen zijn voorzien van hardstenen duim-, geboorte- en sluitstenen. De symmetrisch ingedeelde achtergevel heer in het midden een later ingezaagde recht gesloten deur en twee stalraampjes van hetzelfde type als in de voorgevel. De linker zijgevel heeft een halfrond stalraampje, vier getoogde 6-ruits gietijzeren stalramen en twee staldeurtjes. De rechter zijgevel heeft afwisselend drie getoogde 6-ruits gietijzeren stalramen en twee staldeurtjes. In het interieur bevinden zich vier ankerbalkgebinten met telmerken. De zoldervloer bestaat uit rondhout, de zogenaamde slieten.

De bijschuur is :

2. OUTBUILDING Introduction The OUTBUILDING at the farmstead 'Mulderslag' is of the hall house type with central longitudinal section. The outbuilding presumably dates from the same period as the farm, the first half of the 19th century. The shed is built to the south-east of the farmstead and is situated parallel to it. The complex is elevated on the north-east side of the Torenallee and is connected to it via its own access road.
Description
The outbuilding comprises three timber-frame bays under a half-hipped roof with red Dutch tiles and whitewashed gable boards. The shed is built of red brick laid in cross bond. The front and rear gables are fitted with wattle-work. The masonry is here and there renewed or re-jointed. The gables are fitted with bar anchors.
The symmetrically arranged front gable has a basket-arch shaped entrance door, flanked on both sides by a segmental arch shaped stable window and a basket-arch shaped manure door. The door openings are fitted with hardstone thumb stones, birth stones and closing stones. The symmetrically arranged rear gable has in the centre a later sawn straight closed door and two stable windows of the same type as in the front gable. The left side gable has a half-round stable window, four arched 6-pane cast-iron stable windows and two stable doors. The right side gable has alternating three arched 6-pane cast-iron stable windows and two stable doors. In the interior there are four collar-tie trusses with carpenters' marks. The attic floor consists of roundwood, the so-called poles.
Valuation
The outbuilding is:
- Of architectural-historical value as a good and fairly complete example of an outbuilding at a farmstead from the first half of the 19th century. - Of urban planning value as part of a farmstead complex consisting of a hall house farm and an almost equally large shed of the hall house type. The complex moreover has urban planning value because of the striking location on an elevation to the north-east of the Torenallee.
