PAND met gepleisterde gevel, voorzien van een lijst met tanding en modillons. Schilddak. De zes-ruits draairamen hebben hardstenen geprofileerde onderdorpels. Deur met bovenlicht. De boogvormige hardstenen deuromlijsting in Lodewijk XVI trant met guirlande motief. Balkon boven de portiek.
