Voormalig koetshuis van het huis te Zande, beschermd vanwege gebeeldhouwde wapenhoudende leeuw met op het wapen 1720 (in boognis in de geveltop) en in reliëf gekroond wapenschild met leeuw der Vereenigde Nederlanden, aan weerszijden trofeeen en eronder de spreuk "Concordia res parvae crescunt" (Steen in boogveld boven deuren; waarschijnlijk ca. 1700).

Natuurstenen gebeeldhouwde wapenhoudende leeuw met op het wapen 1720, die zich bevindt in de boognis in de geveltop. Natuurstenen reliëf met gekroond wapenschild met leeuw der Vereenigde Nederlanden, aan weerszijden trofeeën en eronder de spreuk Concordia res parvae crescunt, die zich in het boogveld boven de deur bevindt en waarschijnlijk ca. 1700 dateert.
WAARDERING

DESCRIPTION
Natural stone sculptured coat-of-arms bearing lion with the date 1720 on the shield, which is located in the arch niche in the gable top. Natural stone relief with crowned coat-of-arms shield with lion of the United Netherlands, flanked on either side by trophies and below the motto Concordia res parvae crescunt, which is located in the arch field above the door and probably dates from circa 1700.
