Tegen de Zeedijk aangebouwde stadsboerderij van het stelptype met aan de brede zijde aangebouwd woonhuis (bedrijfsgedeelte vermoedelijk 19e, woongedeelte 18e eeuws met 19e eeuwse voorgevel).
Woonhuis onder met blauwe golfjes pannen gedekt schilddak.
Verdieping op straatniveau; drie getoogde T-vormige schuifvensters, paneeldeur met bovenlicht, toegang door middel van bakstenen trap met bordes en ijzeren leuning; geprofileerde even omlopende rechte kroonlijst; houten dakkapel en schoorstenen (2) met borden.
Blokvormig gepleisterde begane grond telt een raam.
Linker gevel evenzo gepleisterd en voorzien van deur met bovenlicht en drie T-vormige schuifvensters, waarvan die op de verdieping licht getoogd; staafankers.
De bepleistering is in blokvorm uitgevoerd.
Rechter zijgevel telt begane gronds een T-vormig schuifvenster.
Het bedrijfsgedeelte wordt gedekt door een door blauwe golfjes pannen gedekt schilddak met gesneden uileborden met zwaenen en schoorstenen met borden, en telt verder verschillendsoortige vensters, waaronder gemetselde koevensters, grote baanderdeuren en enkele kleinere deuren.

Town farmhouse of the stilt-house type built against the Zeedijk with a residential house built on to the broad side (business section presumably 19th century, residential section 18th century with 19th-century front facade).
Residential house covered with a hipped roof tiled with blue ridge tiles.
Storey at street level; three arched T-shaped sash windows, panelled door with fanlight, access via brick steps with landing and iron railing; profiled continuous straight cornice; wooden roof dormer and chimneys (2) with boards.
Blockwork plastered ground floor comprises one window.
Left gable likewise plastered and fitted with door with fanlight and three T-shaped sash windows, of which the one on the upper storey is slightly arched; rod anchors.
The plasterwork is executed in blockwork.
Right side gable comprises a T-shaped sash window on the ground floor.
The business section is covered by a hipped roof tiled with blue ridge tiles with carved owl-boards with swans and chimneys with boards, and further comprises various types of windows, including built-in cow-windows, large barn doors and several smaller doors.
