HUIS onder zadeldak en met in- en uitgezwenkte topgevel; tussen de door korfbogen overtoogde vensters pilasters en nissen. Boven de in de XIXe eeuw gewijzigde onderpui een door bakstenen gevormd kruis en in reliëf in baksteen het jaartal 1629. Met eigen stoep.
