HUIS met zadeldak en achter-trapgevel, aan de voorzijde hogere lijstgevel in Empire trant, waarin geblokte deuromlijsting met kroonlijst op klossen, in de drie lagen onderscheidenlijk acht-, zes- en vierdelige schuiframen. Nog geheel woonhuisvorm. Het achtergedeelte vormt een woning met Burchtstraat 8. Met eigen stoep.
