Omvat twee huizen; het linkse onder schilddak met rode pannen en met gepleisterde lijstgevel waarin vensters met kuiven in stucwerk, XIXc; het rechtse onder hoog schilddak en met lijstgevel waarin segmentvormig overtoogde vensters; een stoeppaal. Het dak vormt een geheel met dat van Nieuwstraat 14.
