Het gebouw bestaat uit het waarschijnlijk laat 15e eeuws koor van de middeleeuwse parochiekerk met vijfzijdige sluiting.
Aan de noordzijde een dwarskapel, eerste helft 14e eeuw.
Aan de zuidzijde in aanleg waarschijnlijk een dispositie volgens het "Haagse hallesysteem", waarvan slechts het oostelijk deel nog aanwezig is, 15e eeuw. De zuidmuur van het westelijk deel dezer aanleg is als ruïne bewaard gebleven. Aan de westzijde een uitbreiding uit 1728 met veelhoekige sluiting.
Houten klokkentorentje met koepelvormige bekroning, gebouwd na afbraak van de middeleeuwse toren, 1829. Het gebouw is gerestaureerd omstreeks 1965.
Tot de inventaris behoren: een preekstoel, 17e eeuw; een herenbank, omstreeks 1700; drie koperen kronen, 17e eeuw. Voorts een koperen lezenaar,17e eeuw en een fragment van een hardstenen, gotische doopvont. Grafzerk, 1616 en 10 latere zerken.
In het torentje een luidklok van Pieter Waghevens, 1518.
Tegen de westzijde van de kerk een grafkelder van de familie Fabricius van Heukelum. Eenklaviers orgel, in 1779 gebouwd door Gideon Thomas Batz.
In het houten klokkentorentje klok van P. Waghevens, 1518, diam. 72,8 cm. Mechanisch torenuurwerk B. Eijsbouts, Asten, 1938, nr. 1246, later voorzien van electrische opwinding.

Dutch Reformed Church.
The building consists of the probably late 15th century choir of the medieval parish church with pentagonal closure.
On the north side a transverse chapel, first half of the 14th century.
On the south side in layout probably a disposition according to the "Hague hall system", of which only the eastern part is still present, 15th century. The south wall of the western part of this layout has been preserved as a ruin. On the west side an extension from 1728 with polygonal closure.
Wooden bell turret with dome-shaped crown, built after demolition of the medieval tower, 1829. The building was restored circa 1965.
The inventory includes: a pulpit, 17th century; a gentlemen's bench, circa 1700; three brass crowns, 17th century. Furthermore a brass lectern, 17th century and a fragment of a hard stone Gothic baptismal font. Gravestone, 1616 and 10 later gravestones.
In the turret a bell cast by Pieter Waghevens, 1518.
Against the west side of the church a vault of the Fabricius van Heukelum family. Single-manual organ, built in 1779 by Gideon Thomas Batz.
