Description

Three window bays wide BUILDING with one storey above ground level - 18th-century front building and 16th-century rear building - under a gabled roof covered with tiles, on the street side with a cross gable that continues over Verwerstraat 21, and behind a stepped gable with 5 steps, which are covered with natural stone slabs. The front facade, raised to two storeys and roughly plastered with cordons and natural stone plinth, finished with a cornice; on the ground floor a large, straight-sided shop window; door with fanlight and first-floor windows with T-frames, all with rounded top corners, moulded stucco surrounds and hood piece.

Internally: hallway floor of white and black marble tiles; hallway walls with moulded bands, hoods and trophies in stucwork (second half 18th century); 19th-century staircase.
