Omschrijving
Westelijke helft van uit ca. 1900 daterend, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken pand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt omlopend schilddak met hoekschoorstenen en risalerende middenpartij onder insteekkap tegen fantasietrapgevel met pinakels en sierankers.
Voorgevel met hardstenen plint, deuromlijsting, banden en decoratieve details in natuursteen en afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles.
Deur met twee gekoppelde rondboogvensters als bovenlicht en afgedekt door fronton; rechtgesloten ramen in getoogde vensters met tegeltjes in de boogvelden; houten erker op de verdieping; dakkapel onder zadeldak.

Description
Western half of a building dating from circa 1900 erected in fine brickwork with storey under slate-covered hipped roof with corner chimneys and projecting central section under inset dormer against fantasy stepped gable with pinnacles and ornamental wall anchors.
Front facade with stone plinth, door surround, bands and decorative details in natural stone and finished with brick cornice with consoles.
Door with two coupled round-arched windows as fanlight and covered by pediment; straight-sided windows in arched windows with tiles in the arch fields; wooden oriel on the upper storey; roof dormer under saddle roof.
