Ingevolge Koninklijk Besluit van 2 augustus 1972 nummer 28 betreft bescherming het met een zadeldak afgedekte gedeelte, evenwijdig aan de Hinthamerstraat gelegen, het evenwijdig aan de Sint Jacobstraat gelegen gedeelte, een loodrecht op de Sint Jacobstraat met een zadeldak afgedekt gelegen gedeelte en voorts een aantal gedeelten welke in het Koninklijk Besluit via een tekening zijn aangegeven.
