Aan de zuid-oostzijde der stad een GEDEELTE der middeleeuwse VESTINGMUUR met aansluitende wal en gracht tussen "Het Slot" en het punt waar "Het Hooge Huis" de Korte Kerkstraat afsluit.
De wal en de stadsgracht langs de Zuidwal, achter de Molenbelt en langs de Noordwal, van belang uit oogpunt van krijgshistorische waarde.

On the south-east side of the city a SECTION of the medieval FORTIFICATION WALL with adjoining rampart and ditch between "Het Slot" and the point where "Het Hooge Huis" closes off the Korte Kerkstraat.
The rampart and the city ditch along the Zuidwal, behind the Molenbelt and along the Noordwal, of importance from the point of view of military-historical value.
