Omschrijving
Aaneengesloten reeks onderkelderde dijkwoningen met bel-etage en bovenverdieping onder dwarsgeplaatst zadeldak met dakkapellen met hijsbalk, tussen puntgevels, gebouwd naar ontwerp van G. Moele, J. Moele en G. Moele jr. in 1828 (de zgn. Sibbelwoningen). De woningen zijn spiegelbeeldig aan elkaar gebouwd, met telkens in het midden een hardstenen stoep en drie gekoppelde paneeldeuren met verdeelde bovenlichten. De souterrains hebben een eigen ingang met stoep en laag venster, de benedenwoningen twee gekoppelde zesruitsschuifvensters en de bovenverdieping los geplaatste lage vensters. Het geheel wordt afgesloten met een rechte gootlijst. De achtergevel is gepleisterd en voorzien van gekoppelde vensters en lage dakkapellen.

Description
Connected row of cellared dike houses with principal floor and upper storey under transversely placed gabled roof with roof dormers with hoist beam, between pointed gables, built after a design by G. Moele, J. Moele and G. Moele jr. in 1828 (the so-called Sibbel houses). The houses are built as mirror images of each other, each with in the middle a sandstone stoep and three coupled panel doors with divided fanlights. The cellars have their own entrance with stoep and low window, the ground floor houses two coupled six-pane sash windows and the upper storey separately placed low windows. The whole is finished with a straight gutter cornice. The rear facade is plastered and provided with coupled windows and low roof dormers.
