V.m. Nutsgebouw. Blokvormig gepleisterd gebouw onder laag tentdak met hoekschoorstenen. Gevels geleed door hoekrisaliet waarin de hoge achtruitsvensters door driehoekige frontons zijn gedekt; onder de vensters consoles en uitgespaarde velden. Ingang is uitgebouwd blok dat een balcon vormt. In de kroonlijst opgelegde ornamentstukken. Waarschijnlijk door Th. Romein gebouwd.

Description
Formerly Nutsgebouw. Block-shaped rendered building under low hipped roof with corner chimneys. Facades articulated by corner risalite in which the tall sash windows are topped by triangular pediments; below the windows consoles and recessed fields. Entrance is an extended block forming a balcony. Ornamental pieces applied to the cornice. Probably built by Th. Romein.
