Ground-floor building under high hipped roof (XVI ?), adjoining on the left against the pointed gable of the building Smeepoortenbrink 40-42. The plastered cornice-topped facade has windows with twelve-pane sash windows and on the right an arched gateway, which provides access to the Cloister.
