"Lizzy Cottage" Op een hoek gesitueerde, vrijstaande villa, met verdieping, op onregelmatige grondslag, onder een samenstel van schilddaken op verschillende niveau's (bij zijvleugels met licht overstek), bekroond door fioelen. Gebouwd in 1902 door A.W. Weismann, in Engelse First-Movement stijl. Opgetrokken in baksteen, met gedeeltelijke toepassing van houten stijlen en consoles (in overkragende gedeelten). Rondbogige, met natuursteen omlijste ingang met stoep. Boogvormige erker op de hoek -een terrazzo-fries bevattend met een voorstelling van putti met guirlandes- waarboven een overkragend veelhoekig gedeelte, aansluitend op de erker boven de ingang en de erker aan de rechterzijgevel, welke rechtsboven een terrazzo-fries bevat met een voorstelling van dansende vrouwen, in drie groepen van drie.

Description
"Lizzy Cottage" A corner-situated, detached villa, with storey, on irregular ground plan, under an arrangement of hipped roofs at different levels (with side wings with slight overhang), crowned by pinnacles. Built in 1902 by A.W. Weismann, in English First-Movement style. Constructed in brick, with partial use of wooden posts and consoles (in overhanging sections). Arched entrance surrounded by natural stone with steps. Arched oriel on the corner -containing a terrazzo frieze depicting putti with garlands- above which an overhanging polygonal section, connecting to the oriel above the entrance and the oriel on the right side facade, which above right contains a terrazzo frieze depicting dancing women, in three groups of three.
