HOF VAN GEURTJE DE WAAL, acht woningen.
Poortje met natuurstenen omlijsting, blokken, wapen in cartouche en festoenen als bekroning, 17e eeuw.
Aan de straatzijde lage woning met rechte getande kroonlijst, houten omlijsting, ramen met kleine roeden, 19e eeuw.
Steen met opschrift: Hof door Geurtje de Waal in 1616 gesticht; vergroot door Burgem.r. Jan de Waal; vernieuwd door Mevrouw Hooreman 1783; gerestaureerd 1953.
Binnenplaats met lage woningen maakt door de bloemen, vooral in de zomer, een bijzonder aardige indruk.

Description
HOF VAN GEURTJE DE WAAL, eight dwellings.
Gateway with natural stone moulding, blocks, coat of arms in cartouche and festoons as crowning, 17th century.
On the street side low dwelling with straight dentilled cornice, wooden moulding, windows with small glazing bars, 19th century.
Stone with inscription: Hof founded by Geurtje de Waal in 1616; enlarged by Mayor Jan de Waal; renewed by Mrs. Hooreman 1783; restored 1953.
Inner courtyard with low dwellings makes, through the flowers, especially in summer, a particularly pleasant impression.
