V.m. Diaconiehuis 1768-'86, in 1810 als kazerne in gebruik genomen, groot bakstenen gebouw, bestaande uit vier om een binnenplaats opgetrokken vleugels, poorten met blokwerk boven hoofdingang, op de binnenplaats een klok, 1770. Boven de deuren gesneden lichten, terzijde langs de gracht nog twee ingangen, boven de ingangen aan de buitenzijde steeds tympanen aangebracht.

Description
Formerly Deacons' House 1768-'86, taken into use as a barracks in 1810, large brick building, consisting of four wings built around a courtyard, gates with rustication above the main entrance, a bell on the courtyard, 1770. Above the doors carved fanlights, alongside the canal two further entrances, above the entrances tympana applied on the outside.
