Sophiastichting. Pand bestaande uit drie bouwdelen: een hoofdvleugel en twee zijvleugels. De hoofdvleugel bestaat uit een voormalige kapel met nis en beeldhouwwerk. De ingang in de hoofdvleugel heeft een brede omlijsting. De zijvleugels hebben een rechte kroonlijst met consoles en zware omlijstingen bij de ramen. De achtergevel van het pand bestaat grotendeels uit witte gepleisterde muren.

Sophiastichting. Building consisting of three building sections: a main wing and two side wings. The main wing consists of a former chapel with niche and sculptural work. The entrance in the main wing has a broad surround. The side wings have a straight cornice with consoles and heavy surrounds at the windows. The rear facade of the building consists largely of white plastered walls.
