Zeylsgasthuis.
Twee vleugels onder zadeldaken evenwijdig aan de straat, waartussen een middenpartij onder zadeldak tegen halsgevel met gebeeldhouwde bekroning en aanzetkrullen.
Twee grote gebeeldhouwde cartouches met stichtingsopschriften d.d. 1668 en 1751.
