Omschrijving
Pelstergasthuis. Oudste gasthuis van de stad. De woningen zijn gebouwd langs hoven, toegankelijk door een poortgebouw aan de Pelsterstraat, vernieuwd in 1725 en met opschrift inzake wijziging van het kerkhof in 1626 en bouw van de poort en woningen in 1628/9.
Boven de ingang van een tussen twee overbouwde doorgangen gelegen woning (van de binnenvader) steen met spreuk en geflankeerd door siertrossen, 1708. Aan de Nieuwstad pilasterpoort, vernieuwd in 1724. In de regentenkamer een gesneden schouw, midden achttiende eeuw.

Description
Pelster Hospital. Oldest hospital in the city. The dwellings are built along courtyards, accessible through a gatehouse on the Pelsterstraat, renewed in 1725 and with inscription concerning the modification of the churchyard in 1626 and construction of the gate and dwellings in 1628/9.
Above the entrance of a dwelling (of the housefather) situated between two roofed passageways a stone with saying and flanked by ornamental tassels, 1708. On the Nieuwstad a pilaster gateway, renewed in 1724. In the regents' room a carved fireplace, mid-eighteenth century.
