Midden 19e eeuwse voormalige dienstwoning, blokbepleisterde, verdiepingloos, op rechthoekige plattegrond, rustend op lage plint en gedekt door met pannen belegd schilddak met sierelementen op de hoeken; geprofileerd fries met verdiepte vakken. De gevels afgezet door geblokte pilasters en voorzien van blinde en zesruitsvensters in stuc-omlijsting met afgeronde hoeken en kuif; persiennes. Gepaneelde deur met bovenlicht met levensboom en dito stuc- omlijsting. Het interieur bevat nog gepaneelde luiken.

Description
Mid 19th century former service building, rusticated, without upper storey, on rectangular floor plan, resting on low plinth and covered by a hipped roof tiled with tiles and ornamental elements on the corners; profiled frieze with sunken panels. The gables set off by blocked pilasters and provided with blind and 6-pane windows in stucco surround with rounded corners and hood; venetian blinds. Panelled door with fanlight with tree of life and matching stucco surround. The interior still contains panelled shutters.
