Puntgevel met versiering van blokken, banden en ontlastingsbogen.
Terugliggende middenpartij, waarin de ingang met daarboven een loggia met zuilen en boog.
Torenvormige bekroning met koepeltje.
Op de rechterhoek een veelhoekige arkeltoren, gedragen door een zandstenen console en met een koepeltje als bekroning.
Nr 40 heeft een terugspringende gevel met balkon en drielichtsvenster.

Corner Sweelinckplein-Tweede Sweelinckstraat-Reinkenstraat.
Pointed gable with decoration of blocks, bands and relieving arches.
Recessed central section, in which the entrance with above it a loggia with columns and arch.
Tower-shaped crown with cupola.
On the right corner a polygonal turret, carried by a sandstone console and with a cupola as crown.
No. 40 has a recessed facade with balcony and three-light window.
