PAND in neorenaissancestijl met natuurstenen versieringen: frontons, geblokte vensterstrekken, banden, gebeeldhouwde consoles, ontlastingsboogjes, maskerkoppen, balkons met smeedijzeren hekken.
In de zijgevel aan de 1e Sweelinckstraat een risaliet met topgevel, geflankeerd door voluten en aedicula-bekroning.
Torenvormige ingangspartij met houten torentje.
Hoekhuis Sweelinckplein-Eerste Sweelinckstraat-Banstraat genummerd Eerste Sweelinckstraat 59.

PROPERTY in neo-Renaissance style with natural stone decorations: pediments, blocked window strips, bands, carved consoles, relieving arches, mask heads, balconies with wrought-iron railings.
In the side facade on the 1st Sweelinckstraat a risalit with stepped gable, flanked by volutes and aedicula crown.
Tower-shaped entrance section with wooden small tower.
