Pand met verdieping onder schilddak gedekt met pannen. De Lod.XVI voorgevel heeft tevens een lage zolderverdieping met 4-ruits vensters en is afgesloten met een brede, geprofileerde kroonlijst. Hardstenen stoep met smeedijzeren hek. Gesneden deuromlijsting. Zesruits schuifvensters. In zijgevel deur met eenvoudige gesneden omlijsting en hardstenen stoeppalen.

Building with storey under hipped roof covered with tiles. The 18th Lodgings front facade has also a low attic storey with 4-pane windows and is finished with a broad, moulded cornice. Stone step with wrought-iron railing. Carved door surround. Six-pane sash windows. In side facade door with simple carved surround and stone bollards.
