Omschrijving
Vermoedelijk enige eeuwen oud molencomplex, op de Uffelsche beek waarvan het molengebouw en het daarop aansluitende woonhuis met verdieping onder met rode Tuiles-du-nord en blauwe muldenpannen gedekt schilddak met afhang over een aanbouw aan de achterzijde in 1874 grotendeels vernieuwd werden, doch waarvan de haaks op het woongedeelte staande schuur onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak aanmerkelijk ouder is.
De voorgevel van het woongedeelte is voorzien van een grijze cementbepleistering met eclectische decoraties; overige gevels in schoon metselwerk en gedeeltelijk in mergel aan de zijde van het water; T-vensters in het woongedeelte, 6-, 20- en 24-ruits venster(s) in het molengedeelte; in 1915 aangebrachte, ijzeren Francisturbine, drijfwerk van ijzer en hout, een koppelet creeren van voldoende verval om de molen te kunnen laten functioneren.
Goed voorbeeld van een nog functionerende, in oorsprong oude, aan de eisen der tijd aangepaste watermolen.

Description
Presumably several centuries old mill complex, on the Uffelsche brook of which the mill building and the adjoining dwelling house with storey under hipped roof covered with red Tuiles-du-nord and blue curved tile in 1874 were largely renewed, but of which the barn perpendicular to the dwelling section under gabled roof covered with Dutch tile is considerably older.
The front facade of the dwelling section is furnished with grey cement rendering with eclectic decoration; remaining facades in fair masonry and partly in marl on the water side; T-windows in the dwelling section, 6-, 20- and 24-pane windows in the mill section; in 1915 installed iron Francis turbine, machinery of iron and wood, creating a coupling of sufficient fall to allow the mill to function.
Fine example of a still functioning, originally old, watermmill adapted to the demands of the time.
