V.M. OUDEMANNENHUIS. GEBOUW op haakse plattegrond op de hoek van de Spieringstraat, tegenover het Weeshuis.
Gepleisterde gevels met in de Spieringstraat poortje met hoofdgestel, gedragen door bladconsoles en bekroond door voluten, waartussen beeldjes van twee grijsaards met het stadswapen.
Hierboven in de gevel cartouche met: 1614. Stoephekjes en lantaarn.
In de gevel aan het Willem Vroesenplein deurpartij met Empire consoles en raamhek, Empire schuiframen en stoeppalen met kettingen. Op de hoek aan de Molenwerfbrug fraai gesmeed rococo-hek.

V.M. OUDEMANNENHUIS. BUILDING on right-angled plan at the corner of the Spieringstraat, opposite the Orphanage.
Plastered facades with in the Spieringstraat small gate with capital, borne by leaf consoles and crowned by volutes, between which small figures of two old men with the city coat of arms.
Above this in the facade cartouche with: 1614. Step railings and lantern.
In the facade on the Willem Vroesenplein door section with Empire consoles and window railing, Empire sash windows and bollards with chains. On the corner at the Molenwerfbrug fine wrought rococo railing.
