Omschrijving
Het TOLHUIS, dat op schilderachtige wijze de Oost- en Westhavens afsluit, bestaat uit een conglomeraat van bouwsels, waarvan de kern wordt gevormd door een pand met twee zadeldaken, waartussen een zakgoot, met puntgevels (XVII). Aan de oostzijde latere aanbouw, eveneens met zadeldak tussen puntgevels en in de parterre vensters met neo-gotische motieven in de ramen.
Aan de Veerstal deurpartij met bovenlicht (ca.1800) en gepolychromeerde gevelsteen met wapen en: 1631.

Description
The TOLL HOUSE, which picturesque closes off the East and West Harbours, consists of a conglomerate of structures, the core of which is formed by a building with two gabled roofs, between which a valley gutter, with pointed gables (17th century). On the east side later extension, also with gabled roof between pointed gables and in the ground floor windows with neo-Gothic motifs in the windows.
On the Veerstal door section with fanlight (circa 1800) and polychrome facade stone with coat of arms and: 1631.
