Fundatie van Mr Cornelis Cincq. POORTGEBOUW van alleen parterre met hoog schilddak. Hoger opgehaalde middenrisaliet met poortje, waarboven wapen, en segmentvormig fronton met jaartal: 1700. Gepleisterde gevel; ramen stijl XVIII. Rond het hofje lage woningen met gepleisterde gevels en vensters met roedenverdeling stijl XVIII. Zadeldak met oude schoorstenen. Lantaarn.

Fondation of Mr Cornelis Cincq. GATE BUILDING of ground floor only with high hipped roof. Higher raised central risalit with gatelet, above which coat of arms, and segmental pediment with date: 1700. Plastered gable; windows in 18th century style. Around the courtyard low dwellings with plastered gables and windows with glazing bars in 18th century style. Gabled roof with old chimneys. Lantern.
