Omschrijving
Woonhuis (XVII?) onder schilddak met gepleisterde lijstgevel (XIX- XX) en voordeuromlijsting met gecanneleerde pilasters. Het pand heeft een verdieping en een zolderverdieping en is gedekt door een schilddak. De eerste verdiepingsbalklaag bestaat uit moer- en kinderbinten en de tweede uit een enkelvoudige balklaag. Het oorspronkelijke pand dateert vermoedelijk uit de 17e eeuw. De kapconstructie is in het begin van deze eeuw vernieuwd. In de gepleisterde achtergevel met eenvoudige gootlijst is een viertal 18e-eeuwse raamkozijnen opgenomen. De twee raamkozijnen ter hoogte van de beganegrond zijn, met de bouw van de serre in de jaren 30, vertimmerd tot binnendeurkozijn. Het interieur heeft op de begane grond twee kamers ensuite met deurpartij naast een naar achteren doorlopende gang. Het woonhuis is van belang vanwege zijn architectuur- en bouwhistorische waarden.

Description
Dwelling house (17th century?) under hipped roof with plastered cornice-topped facade (19th-20th centuries) and door surround with fluted pilasters. The building has one storey and an attic storey and is covered by a hipped roof. The first floor beam layer consists of main and secondary joists and the second of a simple beam layer. The original building presumably dates from the 17th century. The roof truss structure was renewed at the beginning of this century. In the plastered rear facade with simple gutter moulding four 18th-century window frames are incorporated. The two window frames at ground floor level were converted to interior door frames with the building of the conservatory in the 1930s. The interior has on the ground floor two rooms en suite with a door unit next to a hallway running towards the rear. The dwelling house is of importance because of its architectural and building historical values.
