Omschrijving
Smal pand met rechte gevel voorzien van een kroonlijst met tanding. Schuifvensters met natuurstenen onderdorpels. Winkelpui. XVIII.
Dubbelpand (XVII?; verbouwd XVIII-XIX) met gemeenschappelijke, wit gepleisterde lijstgevel van zes traveeën breed en langs de voorgevel een stoep met smeedijzeren stoephekken. De kroonlijst van de voorgevel heeft gesneden consoles. In de raamkozijnen, ter hoogte van de verdiepingen, zijn voor de schuiframen gietijzeren hekwerken opgenomen. Het pand bestaat feitelijk uit twee panden die aan de straatzijde worden overdekt door een gemeenschappelijk schildak waarop het zadeldak van het linker pand aansluit. Deze daken zijn uitgevoerd met Philibert- spanten. Het linker pand is gedeeltelijk onderkelderd. Deze kelder dateert vermoedelijk uit de bouwtijd en loopt tot aan de achtergevel, een gepleisterde ingezwenkte lijstgevel. De eerste verdiepingsbalklaag bestaat uit moer- en kinderbinten. Vermoedelijk dateert het oorspronkelijke huis uit de 17e eeuw. De huidige ingangspartij is in 1969 in de plaats gekomen van een dubbele deurpartij, die toegang gaf tot de twee panden. Van het rechter pand is de oorspronkelijke structuur grotendeels verdwenen. Het bezit nog een 19e-eeuws trappenhuis, waar ter hoogte van de verdieping in de achtergevel een venster met gietijzeren roeden is opgenomen. Het glas in dit venster is uitgevoerd in verscheidene kleuren. Een dergelijk venster is aangebracht in de gang aansluitend op het trappehuis. Narrow property with straight facade provided with a cornice with dentil moulding. Sash windows with natural stone sills. Shop front. 18th century.
Double property (17th century?; rebuilt 18th-19th century) with shared, white plastered cornice-topped facade six bays wide and along the front facade a stoep with wrought-iron stoep fences. The cornice of the front facade has carved consoles. In the window frames, at the level of the storeys, wrought-iron grilles are incorporated in front of the sash windows. The property actually consists of two properties which on the street side are covered by a shared hipped roof on which the gabled roof of the left property abuts. These roofs are constructed with Philibert trusses. The left property is partially cellared. This cellar probably dates from the construction period and extends to the rear facade, a plastered splayed cornice-topped facade. The first floor beam layer consists of main and secondary beams. The original house probably dates from the 17th century. The current entrance section was installed in 1969 replacing a double door section, which gave access to the two properties. The original structure of the right property has largely disappeared. It still has a 19th-century staircase, where at the level of the upper storey in the rear facade a window with wrought-iron bars is incorporated. The glass in this window is executed in various colours. A similar window has been installed in the hallway adjoining the staircase. The double property is of particular importance because of its architectural and building-historical values.
