Omschrijving
Hervormde Kerk.
Ruime driebeukige pseudobasiliek, welker zijbeuken zich als omgang rond het koor voortzetten, door houten gewelven gedekt. Toegangspoortje aan de oostzijde met kopje als sluitsteen en bekroning met cartouche rond het wapen van de stad, gehouden door twee vrouwenfiguren als tenanten. (1647). Inwendig bakstenen hekwerk rond het koor, XV. Muurschilderingen op de pijlers. Groot aantal grafzerken waarvan een aantal rechtopstaand in het koor en waaronder zeer fraaie 16e-18e eeuwse exemplaren.
Epitafen van M. van Cammingha, A.F. van Schuurman. Winsemius en R.A. van der Linden. Als koorafscheiding aangewend doophek. Vier eiken koorbanken, XV. Gotische eindschotten in banken verwerkt: 17e eeuwse banken. In de sacristie eiken betimmering met briefpanelen en zoldering op geprofileerde sleutelstukken. Orgel met Hoofdwerk, Bovenwerk en vrij Pedaal, in 1842 gemaakt door L. van Dam en Zonen.

Spaciou three-aisled pseudo-basilica, whose side aisles continue as an ambulatory around the choir, covered by wooden vaults. Access door on the east side with keystone as corbel and top with cartouche around the city coat of arms, held by two female figures as tenants. (1647). Inside brick enclosure around the choir, 15th century. Murals on the pillars. Large number of gravestones of which several standing upright in the choir and including very fine 16th-18th century examples.
Epitaphs of M. van Cammingha, A.F. van Schuurman, Winsemius and R.A. van der Linden. Baptismal gate used as choir screen. Four oak choir pews, 15th century. Gothic end panels incorporated in pews: 17th century pews. In the sacristy oak boarding with letter panels and ceiling on moulded corbels. Organ with Great manual, Upper manual and free Pedal, made in 1842 by L. van Dam and Sons.
