Achter de gemoderniseerde Nutsspaarbank (Westerstraat 127) uitgebouwde rechthoekige zaal met fors gedetailleerde gepleisterde achtergevel, die van de Dijk af te zien is, XIX A. Inwendig eveneens detaillering met pilasters en cirkelvormige nissen waarin buste van Van Nieuwenhuizen (Nutszaal).
