Venedie 12. In oorsprong twee 17e eeuwse panden onder zadeldaken, met tot een geheel samengetrokken; voorgevel (XIXd/XXa) waarin T-vensters met natuurstenen omlijstingen, pilasters en hermen, kroonlijst; afgeknot schilddak met tot dakkapel doorgetrokken middenpartij met driehoekig opgenomen kroonlijst; aan achterzijde bevat noordelijk pand snijraam met ovaal boven recente deur 6-ruitsschuifvensters; in top 9-ruitsschuifvensters resp. op en doorschietend door gemetselde lijsten, vlechtingen, zuidelijk pand gedeeltelijk gepleisterd; 4-ruitsschuifvenster in top, vlechtingen. In keuken nog gedeeltelijk betegelde wanden. 't Zand 11, ongd. naast 11. In tuin twee 17e eeuwse pandjes onder dwarse zadeldaken tussen puntgevels met vlechtingen (in rode steen; overigens in gele ijsselsteen); het noordelijk pand heeft een verdieping en inwendig oude balklagen en resten van een schouw. Het zuidelijk pand heeft eveneens oude balklagen - met sleutelstukken - en een schouw; glas-in-loodvenster. Aan andere zijde gevels aan het Zand - met ingang in zuidelijk pand (nr 11) in noordelijk pand twee vensters met luiken op verdieping.

Venedie 12. Originally two 17th century buildings under saddle roofs, drawn together into a whole; front facade (19th century late/20th century early) containing T-windows with natural stone frames, pilasters and herms, cornice; cut-off hipped roof with central section carried through as roof dormer with triangular inserted cornice; on the rear side the northern building contains muntin window with oval above recent door 6-pane sash windows; in top 9-pane sash windows respectively on and shooting through by mortared bands, weavings, southern building partially plastered; 4-pane sash window in top, weavings. In kitchen still partially tiled walls. 't Zand 11, unregistered, beside 11. In garden two 17th century small buildings under transverse saddle roofs between pointed gables with weavings (in red brick; otherwise in yellow IJssel brick); the northern building has a storey and internally old beam layers and remains of a chimney. The southern building also has old beam layers - with keystones - and a chimney; leaded glass window. On the other side facades at 't Zand - with entrance in southern building (no. 11) in northern building two windows with shutters on the upper storey.
