Oorspronkelijk een stadsboerderij op de hoek van de Ellestraat en de Westerwalstraat. Het pand is in de loop der tijd gesplitst in twee woonhuizen, Ellestraat 54 en Westerwalstraat 34.
Omschrijving
Stadsboerderij (nu dubbel woonhuis) uit de 17e eeuw van twee bouwlagen onder met pannen gedekt wolfsdak; bakgoten op eenvoudig geprofileerde klossen. De gevel aan de Ellestraat is ontpleisterd en is symmetrisch van opzet met centraal een deur met bovenlicht en links en rechts een schuifvenster met niet oorspronkelijke roedenverdeling en luiken. Op de verdieping twee T- vensters waarvan één met recent aangebrachte luiken. Aan de linkerzijde van de gevel twee kleine kelderraampjes. Alle openingen hebben eenvoudig geprofileerde omlijstingen. De twee rechterkozijnen hebben nog een geprofileerde sierlijst. In de gevel eenvoudige muurankers.
De gevel aan de Westerwalstraat is geschilderd en heeft drie schuifvensters met roedeverdeling en een deur met bovenlicht. De gevel wordt beëindigd door een eenvoudige bakgoot. Aan de achterzijde heeft het pand over een lengte van ca 5 meter een binnenplaats over de halve breedte van het pand.
Waardering
Voormalige stadsboerderij van typologisch belang als voorbeeld van een 17e eeuwse, redelijk gaaf bewaard gebleven stadsboerderij die later is veranderd in een dubbel woonhuis. Van stedenbouwkundig belang als hoekpand op de hoek van de Ellestraat en de Westerwalstraat in het beschermde stadsgezicht van Elburg.

City farmhouse (now double residence) from the 17th century of two storeys under half-hipped roof covered with tiles; gutter boards on simply profiled brackets. The facade on the Ellestraat is unplastered and is symmetrical in layout with a central door with fanlight and left and right a sash window with non-original glazing bars and shutters. On the first storey two T-windows, one of which has recently fitted shutters. On the left side of the facade two small cellar windows. All openings have simply profiled frames. The two right window frames still have a profiled moulding. In the facade simple wall anchors.
The facade on the Westerwalstraat is painted and has three sash windows with glazing bars and a door with fanlight. The facade is finished with a simple gutter board. On the rear side the property has a courtyard over a length of approximately 5 metres over half the width of the property.

Former city farmhouse of typological importance as an example of a 17th-century, reasonably well-preserved city farmhouse that was later converted into a double residence.
