Omschrijving
Damsluis, brede overkluizing bij het westelijke einde van de Voorhaven, blijkens de jaartallen in de sluitstenen in de huidige vorm gebracht in 1795- '98. IJzeren leuningen; aan de westzijde nog XVI A. In de kademuren ten oosten van de overkluizing twee wapenstenen uit 1701.

Description
Dam lock, wide arch at the western end of the Voorhaven, brought into its present form as shown by the dates in the lock stones in 1795-'98. Iron railings; on the west side still first half 16th century. In the quay walls to the east of the arch two coat of arms stones from 1701.
