Hoeve Welgelegen. Boerderij met in de voorgevel jaartalankers: 1862. Goede bewaarde hoeve, waarvan woongedeelte en stal door een langgerekt rieten wolfdak overdekt zijn. Puntgevel met vlechtingen; vensters met vierruitsramen en zesruitsschuiframen met luiken. Rechts opkamer, waaronder tweedelige keldervenster met luikjes. Links een uitgebouwde kamer met puntgevel.

Description
Hoeve Welgelegen. Farmhouse with date anchors in the front gable: 1862. Well-preserved farmhouse, of which the residential part and stable are covered by an elongated thatched half-hipped roof. Pointed gable with wattle infill; windows with four-pane casements and six-pane sash windows with shutters. On the right an upper room, below which a two-part cellar window with small shutters. On the left an extended room with pointed gable.
