Rectangular building with high storey and hipped roof tiled with pans, crowned by a square wooden bell tower between two corner chimneys.
Door frame with head moulding on scroll consoles, windows with lambrequins and sash windows.
Hardstone cornice band; front facade with corner strips and wooden cornice.
